We keep the start simple and clear, so you always know what comes next:

What should I have ready?
You do not need everything to make the first call. But having these on hand speeds up the benefits check and the assessment:
- Diagnosis reportthe evaluation that diagnosed autism spectrum disorder, from a developmental pediatrician, psychologist or similar specialist
- Insurance cardfront and back, including the member ID and the plan's phone number
- IEP or school reportsif your child has an IEP or Child Study Team evaluation, it helps us align goals
- Your prioritiesthe two or three things that would make the biggest difference at home right now
Where is the center, and do you come to us?
Our center is at 1939 NJ-70 in Cherry Hill, on Route 70 on the east side of town near the Marlton line. It is our only physical location and home to our Full-Day Center-Based ABA program. If you would like to tour it, mention that when you call.

Frequently asked questions
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation and the insurance benefits check are free, and neither one commits you to anything. They exist so you can make an informed decision about whether ABA, and our team, are the right fit. Ask as many questions as you like.
Do I need a diagnosis before I call?
No. Call whenever you have concerns. Most insurance plans require an autism diagnosis before they will pay for ABA, so if your child has not been evaluated yet, we can explain what insurers typically look for and what the evaluation process involves.
How quickly can my child start?
Timing depends on insurance authorization and therapist availability in your area. We often have openings and can start quickly, so ask about current availability when you call. We will give you a realistic timeline rather than a promise we cannot keep.
Can I visit the center before enrolling?
Yes. Families considering our full-day program are welcome to visit our Cherry Hill center at 1939 NJ-70. Call (732) 691-1299 to arrange a time so a member of the team can show you around, explain a typical day and answer questions.
Which insurance plans do you take?
We accept most major plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Tricare and UnitedHealthcare. Bring your card to the first call and we will verify your ABA benefits for free, explain any prior authorization your plan requires and tell you what your coverage means in plain language.
