1. About Innovative ABA & This Site
Innovative ABA provides compassionate, personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism across New Jersey and Pennsylvania, in home, school, and community settings. The Site provides general information about our services and a way to request a consultation and contact us.
2. No Medical Advice
The content on this Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical, clinical, or professional advice, and is not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified professional.
Reading this Site does not create a clinician–client or therapeutic relationship. ABA services are provided only under a separate written service agreement and an individualized treatment plan developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about your child’s condition, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read here. 3. Consultations, Services & Insurance
Any consultation, information, or insurance benefit verification provided through the Site, by phone, or by text is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of coverage, results, or a binding commitment. Benefit verification is an estimate based on information from your insurer and is not a guarantee of payment. The scope, terms, and pricing of services are governed by the separate written service agreement you enter into with us. Outcomes vary from child to child, and we do not guarantee any specific result.
4. Text Messaging Program Terms
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Innovative ABA. Consent is not a condition of receiving services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
When you provide your mobile number and opt in (for example, by submitting our contact form, checking an SMS consent box, or texting us), you agree to the following:
- Program description: messages may include responses to your inquiries, consultation and scheduling information, and service updates.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, charged by your wireless carrier. We do not charge for the messages, but standard carrier rates apply.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Cancellation: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (732) 691-1299.
- Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
